Individual MFDs

Your first real system.

One person can hold a whole book in their head — right up to the day they can't. GrowOn keeps every client, every servicing clock and every promise in one place, and tells you who to call this morning.

Daily Brain. What you owe, your priority clients, and what the system noticed — ranked worst-first, with the reason beside each name.

If you run the book alone

You will recognise at least three of these.

Nothing here is a failure of effort. It is what happens when one person is the whole system — the memory, the diary, the filing and the follow-up.

“Who haven't I spoken to?”

You know the top twenty names by heart. It is the next two hundred that go quiet for a year, and you find out only when one of them moves.

“Which sheet has that in it?”

The book is in one file, the SIPs in another, review dates in a third, and the note you need is somewhere in a WhatsApp thread you have already scrolled past.

“I said I would call back.”

A promise made in a Tuesday meeting has nowhere to live, so it lasts exactly as long as you remember it.

“Next to a bigger firm, I look small.”

A plan typed into a document and a valuation forwarded as somebody else's PDF do not look like the practice you actually run.

What changes

One person, the whole book, one morning list.

The morning list

Never lose a good client to silence.

GrowOn puts every client into Tier 1, 2 or 3 on its own — from net worth, monthly SIP or invested amount, against thresholds you set — and each tier carries its own rhythm. Calls and meetings run on separate clocks, because someone you spoke to last week may not have been seen in a year.

The list sorts itself worst-first. Log a call or a meeting and the clock resets. Try someone and fail to reach them and they turn pink rather than red, so a genuinely neglected client is never hidden behind one you have been chasing all week.

  • Green on track, yellow slipped, pink attempted, red overdue
  • Four tiles and a tier-by-status grid — tap a cell and the book narrows to exactly those clients
  • Decide how many overdue clients you will clear a month, and see the date the whole book turns green

Out of Excel and memory

One record per client, instead of four files and a chat thread.

Bring the book across from the spreadsheets you already keep, or straight from your registrar's own reports — including the password-protected zip, exactly as it arrived. GrowOn works out which report each file is from its own columns, and writes down every decision it made in plain English.

After that there is one record per client, in six tabs — Overview, Profile, Discussions, Onboarding, Documents, and Notes & messages: the portfolio, the tier and both servicing clocks, the profile and tags, every conversation and what was agreed in it, documents, open work and the messages that went out.

  • A file from another ARN is refused, so nothing lands on the wrong book
  • People grouped under a household for reporting, each account keeping its registered name
  • Every client request numbered, owned and ageing, so nothing sits a month unnoticed
  • Connect your own WhatsApp Business number and birthday wishes and review reminders go out from it — only to clients whose consent you've recorded

A client record, including what was agreed in the last meeting.

Your name on it

What the client receives looks like your firm, because it is.

Your firm's name, logo and colours run through the product and onto every document a client is handed — a goal-based financial plan, a calculator hand-out, a three-page net-worth statement — each on your letterhead, with your ARN and your own disclaimer. Nothing a client sees mentions us.

And it goes where you go. GrowOn installs on a phone and on a computer and behaves like an ordinary app, with no app store and nothing to update by hand. Check your list between meetings, do the week's work at your desk. It needs a connection, in the same way your bank's app does.

  • Ten calculators, worked through in front of the client, with a branded hand-out
  • A financial plan in nine sections, saved per client per review
  • Twenty-six reports over your live book, read on screen or taken into Excel

Getting started

Four steps, and you have a system.

There is no implementation project and no consultant. Most of the work is deciding how you want your own practice to run, and we sit with you while you do it.

  1. 1

    Send us your spreadsheets

Your client list, your SIP and asset sheets, or your registrar's own mailback zip — still locked, exactly as it arrived. We help you move in; you do not do the import on your own.

  2. 2

Set your tiers and your rhythm

Where Tier 1 starts, how often each tier gets a call and a meeting, and the onboarding checklist a new client should follow. Change any of it later.

  3. 3

    Work the day in GrowOn

Log calls and meetings as they happen, raise a request when one arrives over WhatsApp, write down what was agreed, and tick your own daily routine.

  4. 4

    Open it tomorrow morning

The list is already in order, with the reason written beside each name — so nothing waits simply because it was quiet.

Start here

Bring your book. We'll show you the list.

Tell us a little about your practice and we'll walk you through GrowOn on your own clients — no slides, no sales deck. Just the product and a straight answer about whether it fits.

A person reads every message. We reply within a few hours — or call +91 86686 59793.

We use these details only to contact you about GrowOn. See our privacy policy.
