Never let a good client go quiet.
Every client gets a tier from thresholds you set. Each tier has its own rhythm, calls and meetings run on separate clocks, and the book sorts itself worst-first so you know who to call today.
How a tier is decided
Your best clients are graded by your own rules.
Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 are worked out from net worth, monthly SIP or invested amount, against thresholds your firm sets. The tier you see is always the current one. High Potential is different: it is a flag you put on a client yourself, because you expect them to grow.
A new firm starts with Tier 1 at ₹2 crore net worth, ₹1 lakh monthly SIP or ₹1 crore invested, called every month and met every two months. Change the thresholds and the rhythm to match how your firm works. The tier names stay as they are and cannot be changed.
- Tier 1 to Tier 3 from net worth, monthly SIP or invested amount
- Thresholds and rhythms set by your firm
- High Potential is a flag you set by hand
- Low Potential clients carry a colour, with no due date
Tier 1 · starting rule
High Potential is a flag you set yourself.
The four colours
Fall behind and the colour tells you.
Green is on track. Yellow means the client has slipped past their rhythm. Red means well overdue. Pink means someone tried and couldn't reach the client, and it sorts above red.
Calls and meetings each have their own clock and their own colour, because someone you spoke to last week may not have been seen in a year. Log a call or a meeting and that clock resets, with your name against it. Log an attempt and the client turns pink instead of red.
- Green on track · Yellow slipped · Pink attempted · Red overdue
- Separate clocks for calls and meetings
- Logging a call or meeting resets that clock and records who logged it
- Days since the last call and the last meeting on every row
Sorted worst first
Pink sorts above red, so the client you chased all week never hides the one nobody called.
Who to call today
Four tiles, and the book narrows to the answer.
Clients & Meetings opens on four tiles: Meetings overdue, Meetings due soon, Calls overdue and Calls due soon. Tap a tile, or any cell of the tier-by-colour grid such as Tier 2 with red meetings, and the table narrows to exactly those clients, worst first.
The same clients arrive on your morning list, with the reason printed on every card. Act on one and it leaves the list. An owner can look at any one person's day.
- Tap a tile or a grid cell and the book narrows to those clients
- Sorted worst first, so you start at the top
- Every card on the morning list says why it is there
- An owner can look at any one person's day
Reviews
Plan the meetings, then prove the book is getting better.
The Meeting Planner holds the review meetings you have booked, month by month, with the overdue ones counted at the top. Mark one done and it becomes a logged meeting, and that client's clock resets.
Plan to zero turns the backlog into a date: decide how many red clients you will service each month and GrowOn shows when your whole book turns green. Every servicing review names who climbed out of the red and who slipped into it. Names, not percentages. The review is on your letterhead, marked confidential, and kept inside the firm.
