Clients & Families

The whole relationship on one record.

Portfolio and tier, the profile and tags, every discussion and what was agreed, onboarding, documents, notes and messages. One client record in six tabs, instead of scattered across chats and sheets.

The client record

Stop piecing a client together from three places.

Today a client lives in a spreadsheet row, a chat thread, and whatever the person who spoke to them last remembers. When that person is away, the relationship goes with them.

In GrowOn the client has one record in six tabs: Overview, Profile, Discussions, Onboarding, Documents, and Notes & messages. Overview opens with the portfolio, the tier and both servicing clocks, with the open work on that client below. Every discussion records what was agreed. The client's files sit under Documents, not on one person's laptop.

  • Portfolio, tier and the call and meeting clocks on Overview
  • Open work on the client, with its owner and its status
  • Discussions that record what was agreed
  • The messages that went out, and the consent behind them

Families and their accounts

Understand the family, not just the account.

A couple can hold an individual account each, a joint one, and an NRE account with the names the other way round. Squeezing that into one spreadsheet row loses exactly what you needed to see.

GrowOn keeps them together as one family, with every account exactly as it is registered. The family picker opens the whole household in one go. Family totals are for reporting, while tier and servicing stay with each person, so nobody is counted as serviced because a relative was called.

  • People kept together as one family
  • Several accounts per person, each with its registered name
  • The family picker opens the whole household at once
  • Client Book lists every unit code, one click to copy into your transaction platform

Tags and segments

Slice the book the way you already think about it.

GrowOn ships twenty-one shared tags and your firm adds its own words on top. Mark a client as retired, as holding a lot of fixed deposits, or with whatever shorthand your team uses, then narrow the book to exactly that group.

If the work is already done in a sheet, paste a column of tags straight in. Filters you save are kept in your browser, so they stay on the device you saved them on.

  • Twenty-one shared tags, plus your firm's own words
  • Paste tags in from Excel, a column at a time
  • Narrow the book by tag, by tier or by servicing colour
  • Saved filters stay on the device you saved them on

Bringing your book in

Move in from the sheets you already keep.

Most firms arrive with a folder of spreadsheets: clients, assets, SIPs, a commission file. All of it can be imported. GrowOn shows you who is already on your book and who is new, and creates only the people you confirm.

It also reads your registrar's mailback files. Hand it the password-protected zip as it arrived and give the password once. Each file it recognises is read by its own columns. A file it doesn't recognise is refused rather than guessed at, a file from another ARN is refused, and every decision is written down.

  • Clients, assets, SIP and commission sheets imported from Excel
  • CAMS and KFintech files read by their own columns
  • The password-protected zip opened with one password
  • Unrecognised files and other ARNs refused, with every decision recorded
