Leads

Know who is being worked, and who has gone quiet.

Add a prospect in seconds, one at a time or from a spreadsheet. Before saving, GrowOn checks your book for the same name or number, so the same family does not end up in two places.

Mark each lead Hot, Warm or Cold, date every follow-up, and see what is past due, due today or due in the next seven days. Every call, message, meeting and email sits on the prospect's timeline. A lead ends as Met or Failed.

  • Hot, Warm, Cold, Met and Failed
  • Follow-ups past due, due today, or in the next seven days
  • Duplicate check on name and number before saving
  • Add leads one at a time or from a spreadsheet

Becoming a client

Say yes once. Keep everything that came before.

Mark a lead as Met and they become an onboarding client with the same code and every conversation so far. Nobody re-types the details, and nobody loses the note about what they came in for.

The book is checked again at that moment. If the person is already a client, GrowOn offers to link them instead of creating a second record. From there, each client moves along the Client Lifecycle, a board of eleven stages, and anyone who sits on one stage for more than fourteen days is raised on the morning list.

  • Same code, same history, from lead to client
  • A second duplicate check at conversion
  • Eleven lifecycle stages on one board
  • Stuck more than fourteen days on a stage? It reaches the morning list

Your onboarding checklist

Every new client walks the same steps, in your own words.

A new firm starts with a nine-step checklist: KYC in Order, Onboarding Data Sent to Client, Onboard on NSE Completed, Fill UCC in Client book, Create Bank Mandate, Client Invests, and Share Login & Send statement, plus Goals to be Mapped and Balance Sheet to be Shared for the clients those apply to.

Rename the steps, reorder them, add your own, retire the ones you don't use, and set steps that apply only to some types of client. You see exactly who is stuck on which step, and for how long.

  • Nine default steps, ready on day one
  • Rename, reorder, add and retire steps
  • Steps that apply only to some client types
  • Who is stuck on which step, and for how long

Opportunities worth a conversation

Gaps in your own records, with the reason shown.

GrowOn checks your book against four plain rules and lists the clients where a conversation may be worth having: no life cover on file, no health cover on file, invested but no SIP, and no financial plan on a top-tier client. Each one says exactly why it is there.

Accept one and the client is flagged for follow-up. Dismiss it and it stays dismissed. GrowOn does not recommend any product; it points at what your own records show.

  • Four threshold rules over your own records
  • The reason printed on every one
  • Accept flags the client; dismiss stays dismissed
  • No product recommendations, ever

  • A prospect list in a notebook
  • Follow-up dates in your head
  • The same family entered twice
