Who we are

GrowOn is a customer relationship management product for mutual fund distributors and wealth planners in India. It is operated by ProDeo Ventures LLP.

What we collect

Account information for the people in your firm who use GrowOn: name, email address, phone number and role.

Business data you choose to put into GrowOn: your client records, portfolio and transaction data you import, meeting notes, tasks and documents.

Basic technical logs needed to keep the service running securely, such as sign-in events and error reports.

How we use it

We use this data to provide the service to you: to show your book, generate your reports and documents, send you alerts, and support you when you ask for help.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your client data to market to your clients, and we do not share it with other firms using GrowOn.

Your data stays yours

The client relationships and records in your GrowOn account belong to you. Every firm's data is separated at the database level, and that separation is tested automatically on every release.

You can export your data at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data.

Service providers

We use trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, database storage, email and error monitoring. They process data only to run the service on our behalf, under contract.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access is controlled per user and per firm, and access within your firm is set by you.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After you close your account, we delete or anonymise it, except where we are required to retain records by law.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to this policy, we will let account holders know before it takes effect.
