About these terms

GrowOn is practice-management software for mutual fund distributors, financial planners and wealth advisors in India. It is operated by ProDeo Ventures LLP. By creating an account or using GrowOn, your firm agrees to these terms.

What GrowOn is — and is not

GrowOn is a tool that helps you organise your practice: your clients, your servicing rhythm, your leads, your tasks and your reports.

GrowOn does not provide investment advice, does not recommend products, and does not execute or route transactions. You continue to transact on the platforms you already use, under your own ARN or registration. Any advice given to your clients is yours, and you remain solely responsible for it and for your regulatory obligations.

Your account

You are responsible for the accounts you create for your team, for keeping login credentials secure, and for the activity that happens under them. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

You agree not to misuse the service: no attempts to breach security or access another firm's data, no reverse engineering, no reselling access without our written agreement, and no use for anything unlawful.

Your data

The client records and business data you put into GrowOn remain yours. We process them to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm you have the right to put that data into GrowOn, including any client information, and that you will handle your clients' data in line with the law that applies to you.

Availability and support

We work to keep GrowOn available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates and occasional downtime happen. Support is provided over WhatsApp and email during Indian business hours.

GrowOn is early-stage software and evolves quickly. Features may be added, changed or removed as the product develops.

Fees

Subscription fees, billing frequency and any trial terms are agreed with your firm in writing before your account starts. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Ending your subscription

You may stop using GrowOn and ask us to close your account at any time. You can export your data before you go, and you can ask us to delete it afterwards.

We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or if required by law.

Liability

GrowOn is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from investment decisions, advice given to your clients, or your regulatory obligations.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the fees your firm paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the law change. If a change is material, we will tell you before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
