Wealth & advisory firms

One standard of service across the firm.

A firm is judged on its least-serviced client, not its best-serviced one. GrowOn turns the service promise into something the whole book is measured against — and keeps the evidence a due-diligence questionnaire will ask for as you go.

If you run a firm, not a desk

The questions change once there are partners.

At this size the problem is rarely a missing feature. It is that the firm's standard lives in people's habits, and the proof of it lives nowhere at all.

“Every advisor services differently.”

One person meets their families every quarter, another when they remember. The firm has a service promise, and nothing in the system holds anybody to it.

“Due diligence is a fire drill.”

Certifications, training, complaints and disclosures get collected from four people in the week the answer is due, instead of being kept as the year goes along.

“Where does our client data actually sit?”

A partner or an auditor asks how one firm's information is kept apart from another's, and a screenshot of a login screen is not an answer.

“Our documents look like somebody else's software.”

A statement or a plan that goes out under a vendor's name, in a vendor's colours, quietly undoes what the meeting just built.

What changes

One rhythm, one record, one firm's identity.

Servicing as policy

The service promise stops depending on who the advisor is.

Set the thresholds once — where Tier 1 begins, on net worth, monthly SIP or invested amount — and every client in the firm is placed in Tier 1, 2 or 3 by the same rule. Set the call and meeting cadence for each tier and the whole book inherits it, so the promise made to a Tier 1 family is the promise every advisor keeps.

The two clocks run separately and the ladder is the same on everyone's screen: green on track, yellow slipped, pink attempted, red overdue. A partner can see at tier level how much of the firm's book is on schedule, and how much is not.

  • The tier is a live view of the firm's own numbers, so it is never a stale label somebody typed
  • Servicing progress by tier, and everyone overdue a meeting, as standing reports
  • Decide how many overdue clients the firm will clear each month, and see the date the book turns green

Compliance and due diligence

Keep the evidence as you go, not the week it is asked for.

Compliance registers and a DDQ workspace sit in one place, holding what a firm is repeatedly asked to evidence — people and their certifications, training, complaints, disclosures and the rest — with row history on every change and an audit pack you can export in one go.

The due-diligence workspace covers twenty-one items across six sections: the items GrowOn has a register behind, rather than a whole questionnaire. It shows what is answered, what is still missing, and where the evidence for each one actually sits.

  • Five operational registers too — unregistered folios, transfer of broker, life and health policies, and AMC contacts
  • Excel paste in, Excel export out, and every row's history kept
  • Six reports covering credentials, know-your-customer exceptions, communication compliance and the audit trail, restricted to owners and administrators

Separation and identity

Your firm's data, your firm's name, your firm's address.

Each firm's data is separated in the database, not in the application. Every tenant-scoped table carries row-level security, cross-firm references use composite keys so a record cannot point at another firm's row even by mistake, and an isolation check tests every rule that keeps firms apart, including whether a new table or function is correctly fenced. The account that runs GrowOn's own operator console cannot read client data at all.

On the outside, the product wears your identity. Your name, logo and colours run through the whole application and onto every document a client receives — a financial plan, a calculator hand-out, a net-worth statement — on your letterhead, with your ARN and your own disclaimer. Your firm can also reach GrowOn at its own web address, with your branding on the sign-in page before anyone logs in; we add and verify the domain for you.

  • Two-step sign-in for any member, with recovery codes, and a firm can require it of everyone
  • Operations staff work across the whole book and never see net worth, income or commission — fixed by role, not a setting
  • Rename and reorder the sidebar so the product speaks the firm's own vocabulary
  • WhatsApp from the firm's own number — Meta-approved templates, only to clients whose consent is recorded, switched on when you connect it

Getting started

Four steps to one standard.

Nothing here needs a project team. The decisions are yours — thresholds, cadence, visibility, branding — and we configure the firm around the answers.

  1. 1

    Bring the firm's book in

Clients, assets, SIP and commission sheets, or your registrar's own mailback files — including the password-protected zip. A file from another ARN is refused, and firms holding several ARNs list them all.

  2. 2

    Write the service standard down

Tier thresholds, the call and meeting cadence for each tier, and the onboarding checklist every new client follows. Once it is set, it applies to every advisor's book at once.

  3. 3

Set the firm up as it should look

Your name, logo, colours and disclaimer; who sees which clients — owners and operations staff always see the whole book, advisors and admins can be limited to their own; and, if you want one, your own web address with branded sign-in.

  4. 4

    Run the firm on it

Advisors work their lists, operations work the registers, and partners read servicing progress by tier rather than collecting updates by hand.
